The college held open lessons for second and third year students, where teachers of special disciplines demonstrated a high level of pedagogical and methodological skills.
At the lesson on the discipline "Fundamentals of Accounting" for 3rd year students, the teacher G.A. Memanova organized and conducted the lesson at a fairly high professional level. By its type, a combined lesson with elements of problematic issues. Throughout the lesson, G.A. Memanova used a multimedia presentation and a handout on the topic of the lesson. At the end of the lesson, the teacher conducted independent work using a differentiated approach, which allowed students to increase their interest in the subject. Students in the lesson work actively, with interest, ask additional questions. In general, the lesson turned out to be fruitful, with a good working environment, a friendly atmosphere and he achieved his goal.

An open lesson on the "Fundamentals of the theory of state and law" by the teacher M.M. Aslanov was held at a high methodological and level. At the lesson of "English language" teacher Koshagalieva A.B. showed all stages of the formation of grammar skills in the study of the topic "Human biology", the lesson was conducted entirely in English, the teacher was creative in preparing and conducting the lesson. Koshagalieva A.B. used different innovative pedagogical technologies. The teacher demonstrated the use of problem-based learning with anticipatory tasks in teaching.
On the lesson "Kazakh language and literature" the teacher Kundyzbaeva Sh.T. showed all stages of formation of grammatical skills at the studying of the theme of the lesson, introduced the biography and creativity of I. Zhansugurov. held the literary analysis of the poem "Kuy", introduced the history of origin and sounding of the musical instrument Kobyz. At the end of the lesson students made a story about national musical instruments in Kazakh language.
The open lesson on "Chinese language" of the teacher Rahmankulova A.G. passed with the application of partially-search method of training, problem teaching with anticipatory tasks. Students showed good knowledge of Chinese language, ability to work in the team, to apply new words in practice. At the end of the lesson students sang a song in Chinese.

At the lesson "Marketing", the teacher Myrzabekova R.N. introduced students to the consumer culture that affects the behavior of buyers, the culture of behavior of Kazakhstani buyers, introduced the basics of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on consumer protection. At the lesson of professional English, the teacher Kangozhaeva R.B. showed all the stages of the formation of grammatical skills when studying the topic "Job seeking", taught students to make a resume in English and pass an interview. At the end of the lesson, the students compiled their resume in English.
At the Programming lesson, the teacher Yelchibaeva R.B. introduced students to the semantics of declaring the type of structures and variables, and demonstrated to her colleagues the use of such active pedagogical technologies as problem-based learning and game technologies. At the end of the lesson, the students wrote part of the program code.
An open lesson on Civil Law by the teacher Zhevlakova Yu.A. was held using a partially searchable method of teaching, problem-based learning with advanced tasks. The students showed good knowledge in the field of law, the ability to work in a team, defend their point of view based on the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the lesson of the history of Kazakhstan, the teacher Kalinina D.V. introduced students with works of Kazakh culture and music. The teacher demonstrated the use of partially search and problem- teaching methods.
At the English lesson, the teacher Khadzhiev A.Kh. showed all stages of the formation of grammatical studying skills in topic "Future Forms".
At the lesson of the Russian language and literature, the teacher Dautova R.N. introduced students with the life and work of S.A. Yesenin, and demonstrated to her colleagues the use of such active pedagogical technologies as leading learning, role-playing games, and debates.
An open biology lesson was held using innovative Lesson Studu technologies and a flipped class. Students showed good knowledge, the ability to work independently and in a team.

Festival, the recitation contest "Туған тілім - тұғырым"

Dear students! Within the framework of "General subjects and languages" Festival, the recitation contest "Туған тілім - тұғырым" will be held. We invite you to take part in it. The contest will take place on the 22 of September!
Today, on March 6, 2020, an open lesson in the subject of "Civil Law" was held in group 21OP of the specialty "Civil law". The lesson was held in a practice-oriented form, the lesson was taught by a teacher of the highest level A. S. Kenbaeva. Students in the lesson solved cases related to real stories, drafted algorithms for protecting the business, answered video questions that judges from Almaty asked on-line, defended projects on opening a joint stock company and a full partnership, developed information mini causes . The lesson was interesting and informative.
The intellectual game POLIGLOT took place in the college of International Academy of Business on 04 March. Students of the first course were participating. Participants read the poems of Abay Kunanbaev on three languages. We would like to thank Kazakh language teacher Amirova Tatyana Aytmambetova for organizing the event and also students for participating and showing the high language skills. The Republic of Kazakhstan celebrating 175th birthday of Abay Kunanbaev and the students of IAB college participating in Republican events after the 175th anniversary.

WORKSHOP ON CREATING A LABORATORY OF HAPPINESS

On January 25, 2020, a seminar entitled “Creating a Laboratory of Happiness” was held at ALMAU for college teachers. At the seminar, Khasanova N. and Kadirbergenova A. shared their experiences and talked about the creation of the happiness laboratory and its areas of work. It turns out that the first country that spoke at the state level about the happiness of citizens is Bhutan, and the happiest people in the world live in Finland. College teachers at the end of the seminar derived their formula for happiness. To be happy, we need a family and its well-being, health and a favorite pastime. We wish you all happiness!
COMPETITION “TEACHER OF THE YEAR OF COLLEGE IAB”

In order to increase the status of the profession of teachers with high achievements in professional activity, on January 24, 2020, the college held a professional skill competition "Teacher of the Year at IAB College". The title "The best teacher of the year at IAB College" by the jury unanimously determined the teacher of special disciplines Elchibaeva R.B. As part of the pedagogical readings, on January 23, 2020, the college hosted the Festival of Pedagogical Ideas "Creative methods in teaching or how to free and realize the creative powers of students". At the festival, teachers exchanged their best pedagogical experience, examined issues of creative activity in the classroom, showed master classes on the use of creative methods of studying new material, talked about the effectiveness of the point-based knowledge assessment system, and built situational graphs. Also, teachers, choosing and pouring sand of different colors into a vase, built a color model of the college, and subject-cycle commissions presented specialties.
