On January 25, 2020, a seminar entitled “Creating a Laboratory of Happiness” was held at ALMAU for college teachers. At the seminar, Khasanova N. and Kadirbergenova A. shared their experiences and talked about the creation of the happiness laboratory and its areas of work. It turns out that the first country that spoke at the state level about the happiness of citizens is Bhutan, and the happiest people in the world live in Finland. College teachers at the end of the seminar derived their formula for happiness. To be happy, we need a family and its well-being, health and a favorite pastime. We wish you all happiness!
